Sit down in the tasting room with our winemaker for a guided flight of five estate wines. We start with the fresh, mineral whites, move through the rosé and finish with two reds, including a library vintage of our reserve that is not sold anywhere else.
Along the way you will learn how soil, slope and harvest timing shape each glass, and how to taste like a professional: what to look for, what to smell and what to write down.
Every guest leaves with a tasting sheet and a 10% voucher for the wine shop on the day.
